Security policy:

When paying for the order by credit card, processing the payment (including entering the card number)
occurs on a secure page of the processing system that has passed
international certification. This means that your confidential data
(card details, registration data, etc.) are fully protected. When working with
card data, the information security standard developed by
international payment systems Visa and MasterCard - Payment Card Industry Data
Security Standard (PCI DSS), which provides secure processing of details
Holder's bank card. The applied data transmission technology guarantees
security for transactions with Bank cards by using Secure protocols
Sockets Layer (SSL), Verified by Visa, Secure Code, and closed banking networks with the highest degree of protection.

Refund policy:

You can cancel your Zenclass subscriptions at any time. Before you cancel, review our refund policies in this document.

We manually issue a full refund when you cancel an annual and quarterly Zenclass subscription within the subscription’s first 14 days. Otherwise, your account is set to auto-renew, and we follow these refund policies:

  • We don't offer refunds for annual and quarterly plans after 14 days following the first payment.
  • We don't offer refunds for monthly plans.
  • We don't offer refunds for renewal payments. Fifteen days before an annual subscription renews, we'll send an email letting you know you're scheduled for a payment. If you don’t want your account to renew automatically, you can disable auto-renew.

If you believe you’re eligible for a refund contact us by email. We review every refund request we receive and aim to respond within two business days.

You will get a refund to the same card you used for payment.

If you haven't received a refund you're expecting, but it's been fewer than 10 business days, the refund may still be processing. Refunds can take 3 to 10 business days to appear on your card statement.
